Blarneystone Sport Bar and Grill was founded in 1992, and sold to us in 2009. We started with the idea that everyone should be able to enjoy good food and cold drinks at reasonable prices. We wanted to keep it as affordable as possible, like the prices your grandparents used to enjoy. “Why not take the family out to dinner and have a couple of beers for under $50?” Our thoughts exactly!

When it was first started, Blarneystone was a local tavern that only local people came to. The question became, “How can we make this into a place where everyone would want to come, or even a place where they can take the whole family?” It took a little work, but we think we’ve got it.

First, we revamped the place with the idea of becoming a true sports bar that serves everyone. We have installed 16 TVs, visible from any spot in the place (trust us; we sat in every seat and tested the layout). We promise to cater to any sport fan, and put on every sporting event that we can! If there’s a game you want to see, just request it; we’ll turn it on.

Next, we revamped the kitchen, and expanded the menu. No longer is this a place that serves just bar food; we have a full menu with offers for any appetite. We serve a variety of salads, soups, pastas, pizzas, burgers, wraps, and, well, you get the idea. Then, we made sure that we had the lowest prices in town on everything on the menu (trust us; we went to a lot of places, and ordered a lot of items).

We get compliments all the time on the changes we’ve made. We take great pride in those compliments that we have received: such as Best burger in St. Louis, best pizza in town hands down. These are just a couple examples. Looking forward to hearing yours!
